K2 was created by Daewoo Industries as a tactical doll to serve in the South Korean military. She was designed to be a versatile and efficient fighter, capable of handling a variety of situations. Her development was inspired by the success of other small caliber assault rifles, such as the M16A1, and she was built to incorporate the best features of those weapons.
